We’ll be speaking withAshika Singh ’05，Debevoise & Plimpton 法律顾问，她是国际争议解决小组的成员。在加入本所之前，Singh 女士是杜兰大学法学院的 Forrester 研究员。 From 2011 to 2015, she was an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State, where she advised the Department on various legal issues relating to military operations, counterterrorism, and diplomatic security.
